Company Description Sublime Cab Coach is an agricultural equipment cabin manufacturer based in Bhadaur, Punjab, India. Established in 2022, we specialize in designing and manufacturing customized, air-conditioned cabins for harvesters and other agricultural machinery.

We are looking to expand our presence in the Canadian market by developing solid relationships with agricultural equipment manufacturers, dealerships, distributors, and industry partners.

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in Canada.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of the Canadian agricultural equipment industry.

This position will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and introducing Sublime Cab Coach's products to potential customers across Canada.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships preferred.
- Experience in agricultural equipment, manufacturing, heavy machinery, or industrial products is a strong asset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop professional relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and senior business executives.
- Knowledge of the Canadian agricultural equipment market is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with an international team.
- Willingness to travel within Canada for meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
