This is a pivotal position, requiring someone with over five years of experience in rigging using the Maya pipeline. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth workflows while addressing complex asset challenges. Your understanding of anatomy and passion for elevating character performance will drive the creation of high-quality animations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and revise complex character and prop rigs
- Provide training and guidance to the rigging team
- Troubleshoot technical issues throughout production
- Research and recommend recent rigging techniques
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality performance

Requirements:

- 5+ years of production experience in rigging
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Python
- Deep understanding of anatomy and mechanics
- Empathetic leadership and problem-solving skills
- Eligible to work in British Columbia, Canada
