Talent Acquisition Specialist Toronto, Canada Min 6 months contract Required Qualifications
• Full-cycle recruitment experience for Product roles in both agency and/or in-house environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring workloads (20+ open requisitions simultaneously).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with senior and demanding stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload while managing complex hiring processes involving sourcing, immigration, compensation/total rewards, and other cross-functional dependencies.
• Extensive experience recruiting for Product-focused roles, including:
• Product Managers
• Product Designers
• Other Product-related positions




• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic talent partner by understanding product lifecycles, market trends, and business needs.
• Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving hiring goals.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
• Robust business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience advising, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
