Work type: Part-time Band 1 We’re looking for an experienced and motivated team member to step into a Food & Beverage Supervisor opportunity. While you’ll primarily be working within Conference & Events, we are looking for someone who has the experience, confidence and flexibility to also provide supervisory coverage across our Food & Beverage operations, including Boardwalk Precinct, Bars, and Restaurants as required. You’ll provide hands-on leadership and support the team in creating lifelong memories for our guests. You’ll be someone who:
• Enjoys leading from the floor and supporting others to succeed
• Can confidently coordinate service and make decisions during busy periods
• Communicates clearly and works collaboratively across different teams
• Has strong Food & Beverage operational experience across a range of service environments




• Is flexible and reliable in meeting the operational needs of the business
• Holds a current RSA, and
• Has the ability to obtain Responsible Conduct of Gaming, Responsible Service of Tobacco, and Keno certificates.
