Ignatius Jesuit Centre (IJC) seeks a Farm-Land Services Coordinator to develop, coordinate and deliver land-based work programs for Eli's Place on the IJC property. This hands-on role combines program planning, operations coordination, and practical instruction across four streams—Agriculture, Conservation, Campus Care and Maker Skills.

The coordinator will work with Eli's Place staff to design meaningful activities, ensure protected site conditions, and provide technical guidance while supporting
