The Recording Academy is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support the People & Culture team across full time, part-time, temporary, intern, and GU Rep roles. You will manage HR records, assist with onboarding, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

You will help run background checks, support internship programs, and assist with events and employee engagement while handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
