Experience:

• 10+ years of overall Software Engineering experience
• 5+ years strong Python experience, especially pipelines & infrastructure
• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript / Golang experience
• Large-scale codebase experience; VSCode experience is a plus
• Hands-on preference data collection
• Rubric creation & evaluation criteria
• Data generation, collection & evaluation pipelines
• AI/LLM data workflows and engineering
• Strong technical writing and communication
• High-quality judgment and ability to identify subtle data/technical issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Role Responsibilities
• Design and refine rubrics and evaluation criteria
• Review and label preference data with a high quality bar
• Build and maintain data pipelines / infrastructure
• Support data generation, collection, and evaluation workflows
• Synthesize technical findings into clear recommendations
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers AVAILABILITY
• Minimum 4 hours/day
• Minimum 20 hours/week
• Must have 4 hours overlap with PST CANDIDATE PREFERENCE
• Candidates from Tier-1 companies
• Candidates from Tier-1 universities
• Robust AI / LLM / software engineering background preferred
• Must NOT currently be working with Microsoft
• North America candidates preferred
