CAREER OPPOURTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Worker to join our Yard Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Container Yard Operations. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervision. Job Duties
• Verify the acceptance and release of containers entering and leaving the terminal
• Perform and update container interchanges into the Company’s computerized terminal management software
• Inspect containers as they enter and leave the terminal
• Coordinate truck pickups and arrivals
• Respond to email and phone calls
• Sweep / wash the inside of containers
• Monitor refrigerated container temperatures
• Prepare inventory reports as required
• Maintaining cleanliness of yard Qualifications
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs




• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Previous customer service experience would be an asset
• Fork lift experience would be an asset TRAINING PROVIDED
• Dangerous Goods training LOCATION
