Compensation: $25-32 an hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm, with occasional overtime. Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Electric is looking for a highly driven, hands-on Warehouse Counter team member to help keep our warehouse organized, our inventory accurate, and our technicians supplied with the parts they need. This role combines ordering and receiving, inventory management, and day-to-day service to our field team. What You’ll Do
• Order materials and parts, track orders, and communicate expected delivery timing.
• Receive deliveries and check items and quantities against purchase orders or packing slips. Report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and store materials so they’re easy to find and ready for use.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete scheduled cycle counts and physical counts.
• Investigate count differences, track low-stock needs, and promptly share concerns with the Warehouse Manager.
• Help technicians locate parts, confirm availability, and coordinate suitable alternatives when needed.
• Keep the warehouse counter and parts pickup process organized and efficient.
• Check inventory in the warehouse and technicians’ trucks, and track equipment inventory.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials, permits, and other items as requested.




• Lead by example and help uphold expectations for accuracy, safety, organization, and follow-through.
• Address missed procedures respectfully, hold yourself and coworkers accountable to established processes, and bring unresolved concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time, attend required training, and follow company policies and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, or parts-counter experience is preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or another inventory or service management system is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. You should be comfortable entering, organizing, and reviewing inventory information.
• Robust organization, time-management, and follow-through.
• A service-oriented approach and professional communication with technicians and coworkers.
• A driven, dependable work style and the confidence to reinforce department processes and accountability. Physical Requirements This position regularly requires lifting up to 80 pounds. You must be able to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces, climb ladders safely, and work in extreme weather.
