• On-Site Gym SSP Canada operates several restaurants throughout Edmonton International Airport, including: Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Upper Crust, Boston Pizza and Tap & Pour, Canadian Brew House, and Belgian Beer Cafe. This position is located in a secure airport environment and a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) is required. All candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada and must be able to provide the necessary government-issued documentation required for airport security clearance. Documentation will be reviewed during the onboarding process in accordance with Transport Canada regulations. • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
• Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.




• Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.
• Other duties as assigned. Skills and Other Requirements
• Minimum six months experience working in food service environment
• High school diploma preferred.
• Verbal and written communication
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and take orders.
• Experience in dealing with problems involving customer service.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, etc.
• Food handlers permit as required by law.
• Brand Certification as required.
• Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items.
• Ability to operate a keyboard & point of sale procedures to pre-check an order & close out a check.
