Job Overview: COMPANY PROFILE Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and include services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services. SUMMARY The Side Boom Operator is involved in the operation of a side boom to move and set pipe. This work exists primarily outdoors and may be physically demanding. Anticipated Start Date: October 22, 2026

CNRL Horizon Sustaining Shift: 14/7 Travel: Flights provided from Edmonton and Calgary Accommodation: Camp available Hourly Rate: $50.05 JOB DUTIES
• Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S; standards
• Operate side boom (and various other equipment as required)



in a safe and effective manner
• Move materials/equipment, snow, and dirt
• Load/unload materials
• Complete pre-job equipment inspections
• Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings
• May perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be in possession of a valid operator’s card for the equipment utilized
• Must have 5+ years' experience operating equipment on an industrial work site
• Experience working in tight spaces is considered an asset
• CSO required
• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
• Able to work well in a team workplace
• Organized and self-motivated Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing is a condition of employment.
