Job Description

- Lead and develop a group of actuarial and data analysts specializing in data, analytics, and explainability of results
- Manage work on key initiatives related to your respective pillar, workload management, and the development of innovative analytical solutions.




- Contribute to the timely delivery and presentation of regular monitoring and ad hoc analyses to partners and executives across the organization.
- Oversee end-to-end analyses and insights solutions over a range of complexity, from the initial demand to the delivery of reporting or analysis and presentation of results.
- Apply an effective and cooperative approach to stakeholder management.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with key partners and executives as appropriate.
- Build for the future and provide people leadership; oversee personal development plans and strategies to attract, motivate and retain highly diverse, qualified and engaged team members.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong programming skills (SQL, Python, R).
- Highly developed problem-solving and analysis skills with consistent rigor in quality of work.
- Uses innovation and creativity to improve work efficiency and results.
- Effective in managing multiple priorities with strong organization and time management skills
- Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners and external stakeholders; Experience in General Insurance
