2. Technical Skills & Architecture (35%)

- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Dataverse, including data modelling, security, and integration.
- Experience designing and developing solutions using Azure services such as:
- Azure Functions
- Logic Apps
- API Management
- App Services
- Key Vault
- Azure Storage

- Experience creating architecture artifacts including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical designs.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations.
- Proficiency with .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
- Experience conducting code reviews and establishing development standards and best practices.
