The Associate, Manager, Cash Management is an Associate training role,



focusing on developing and preparing colleagues to progress into the Manager, Cash Management role - typically within 1 year.

Associates must be mobile to relocate within BC following the Associate role.

The Manager, Cash Management is responsible for leading and developing a highly effective and respected team of Cash Management Banking professionals.

The position is a subject matter expert in deposits and cash management products and services and supports the Unit in these areas.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the Cash Management and Deposit needs of existing customers are proactively identified, negotiated and implemented and re-pricing opportunities are promptly identified and addressed, as well as to work closely with the Relationship Managers and
