Medavie is seeking a Benefits Configuration Analyst to design and configure current benefit packages within our claims processing system. You will analyze package requirements, enter data, set up policies, and support onboarding for new groups while coordinating with Sales, IT and Implementation teams.
The role requires 1–3 years of experience in business/CS related fields, proficiency in SQL and PowerBI, and strong communication skills to interact with brokers and members.
