Make a difference in youth lives as a Part Time Program Coordinator with Fit Active Beautiful Foundation. This role blends remote work with in-person events requiring organizational flair and strong communication skills.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director to plan and evaluate the FAB 5K Challenge Program in Hamilton. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting youth initiatives. You'll also oversee coach recruitment and nurture relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and execution of the FAB 5K Challenge
• Support Coach recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage relationships with coaches and parents
• Create program summaries for board evaluation
• Assist with ad hoc requests from the Executive Director
Requirements:
• Diploma or relevant degree/work experience
• Available for evening and weekend events
• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites
