In this onsite role, you will be a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction at LCBO locations across Ontario. As a representative, you'll engage with customers, manage the POS system, and participate in community campaigns. Excellent service during the holiday rush will rely on your dedication and ability to handle inventory efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using POS/Cash system responsibly
• Ask for donations for Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience Survey campaigns
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Lift cases (up to 40 lbs) while standing for long periods
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years old with valid SIN or Work Permit
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Bilingual in English and French is a bonus
• Comfortable working with teams and customers
• Willing to learn about wine and spirits
