About the Role
KFC Cardston is seeking a motivated and reliable Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and support a fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will lead front-line staff, ensure quality standards are maintained, and assist in delivering excellent customer service.###

Key Responsibilities
* Establish methods to meet work schedules
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
* Train employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met
* Maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage
* Prepare and submit operational reports
* Supervise and check food order assembly
* Schedule and assign staff shifts
* Promote a positive and productive work environment### Qualifications




* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 to less than 3 years of related experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
