The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario during the holiday season from Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2026. Roles are on-site and emphasize delivering an exceptional customer experience with knowledge of wine, beer, cider and spirits.

You'll work with a friendly team, learn through paid online training, and contribute to campaigns such as donations and customer surveys while maintaining a clean and safe store workplace.
