As an IPM Scout, you will be responsible for identifying pests and diseases in the greenhouse using our digital IPM platform. With a focus on Integrated Pest Management techniques, you'll document findings, communicate with the grower team, and apply biological controls. Your work will directly impact the quality and safety of our produce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect greenhouse crops daily and record findings
• Identify and remove pests, diseases, and weeds
• Document inspections and communicate with team leaders




• Apply preventative measures and maintain banker plants
• Comply with safety and quality processes
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma; degree in Horticulture preferred
• Minimum two years in agriculture preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
