Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair network and wireless equipment
• Install software and configure computers for schools




• Draft operational procedures and user guides
• Provide technical support to staff and users
• Assist in the testing and implementation of recent technology
Requirements:
• Diploma of Collegial Studies in computer technology
• Fluent in two of the three working languages
• Initiative and client-oriented approach
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Office 365
• Experience with SCCM and deployment of applications
