- Maintain BambooHR, including records and system configuration
- Manage PTO tracking and approvals effectively
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle complex BC Employment Standards issues
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, and offers

Requirements:

- Prior HR experience (part-time or full-time)
- Proficient in HRIS data management and reporting
- Strong knowledge of BC Employment Standards Act
- Understanding of benefits administration and group health plans
- Ability to draft employment agreements and documentation
