Join Executive Aviation's London, Ontario team as a Fuel Agent. Utilize your customer service skills and passion for aviation while working in a dynamic 24/7 environment. As a Fuel Agent, you will support our operations by offering exceptional service to pilots and efficiently fueling aircraft. This hands-on role requires flexible availability and the desire to engage with airplanes directly. With great training provided, you’ll become an essential member of the executive team.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome pilots and respond to customer inquiries
• Marshal aircraft upon arrival and departure
• Fuel aircraft following WFS procedures
• Manage aircraft ground services (GPU, Lav, Grooming)
• Complete safety checks for fueling operations

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; DZ license preferred
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and shifts
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Aviation or mechanical experience is an asset
