10-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Backend/API Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing Experience Cloud solutions, Case Management, and utilizing tools such as Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development and API integration, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs on the Salesforce platform.
• Implement and manage Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize Salesforce tools such as Agentforce and Prompt Builder to enhance case management processes.




• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Leverage AWS-native services to develop AI solutions that enhance user experience. Mandatory Skills
• 6-8 years of experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with 2-3 implementations of Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Case Management and tools like Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Einstein.
• Proficiency in VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce experience is a deal breaker. Preferred Skills
• Experience with AWS-native services for AI solutions. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
