The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing Experience Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, as well as expertise in AI agents and end-to-end case management. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, focusing on Experience Cloud and Data Cloud architecture.
• Lead and manage end-to-end case management processes, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.




• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills
• 14+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Expertise in Experience Cloud with a minimum of 3 successful implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Data Cloud (Data 360) architecture.
• Experience with Agentforce/AI agents and end-to-end case management.
• Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex programming. Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Engagement is highly desirable. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications relevant to the role are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
