Benefits Description: Pana Community Hospital is seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team at PMG Ramsey as a Patient Access Specialist. This position serves as a primary point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience while supporting efficient patient registration and clinic operations. Salary Range: $16.74–$20.09 per hour, based on experience. Responsibilities
• Greet patients and visitors with kindness and professionalism.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments.
• Answer and triage incoming calls.




• Submit required insurance documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Support coworkers and contribute as a positive team player. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Robust computer and multitasking skills, including navigation multiple computer applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, family members, physicians, and team members.
• Friendly, compassionate, and committed to outstanding customer service.
