The opportunity

As we win larger enterprise customers and more complex RFPs, we're creating a dedicated role to lead the way we respond, contract, and hand off deals. You'll be the person who brings order and professionalism to the deal lifecycle, so our sales and customer teams can focus on customers, and our operations teams get clean, executable commitments. You'll also help build our legal operations: how we store and share contracts,



identifying recent requirements for the legal register Compliance owns, and support to the President and VP Finance on corporate-commercial legal matters. You'll report to the President and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Business Development, EPR, Sales & Marketing, Business Operations, Compliance, and Finance. The role is new and will grow as the business does.

What you'll do

- Draft, review, and redline MSAs, SOWs, and customer agreements and be the first set of eyes on customer paper, flagging issues and escalating to external counsel when needed.
- Bring the same discipline to vendor contracts, including logistics and procurement agreements, starting in your first year.
- Build and own a central response library and a standard contract template and clause
