Description

The successful candidate will be a key member of the local Management team and work closely with the General Managers of multiple facilities. The ideal candidate must possess a clear understanding of public company reporting requirements, have managed staff and demonstrate solid attention to detail. The incumbent must be comfortable working with various departments in the company and getting involved in multiple projects. In addition to strong leadership and management skills, the incumbent must show entrepreneurial spirit, possess strong organizational and documentation skills, strong teamwork skills and can work independently with internal and external professionals at all levels.

The Controller will be responsible for multiple facilities which are the Center of Excellence for the machining of medium to large landing gear components for commercial and defense markets.

Summary of Duties

- Responsible for annual 5 year budget, strategic planning and regular forecasting
- Responsible for monthly & quarterly financial reporting including financial statements, memos and ensuring team is maintaining all GL
