TCNH, a skilled nursing facility in Trenton, FL, is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to keep our facility secure, functional, and welcoming for the residents who call it home. You will own the physical plant end to end, from daily repairs and preventive maintenance to safety compliance and supervising the maintenance team. This is a working supervisor role, so you will be as comfortable with tools in hand as you are managing schedules and records.

What You'll Do

- Keep all physical aspects of the building in safe, working order, and maintain the plant within state and federal guidelines
