Quails’ Gate is looking for dedicated Vineyard Workers starting January 2027. This role is ideal for those eager to learn and grow in viticulture. You'll actively contribute to the vineyard's success by nurturing grapevines through various tasks, emphasizing quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting grapevines
• Support irrigation repairs and maintenance tasks
• Participate in field crew staff and safety meetings
• Comply with health and safety policies
• Perform other vineyard duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience in viticulture or agricultural fieldwork is beneficial
• Ability to work 30-60 hours per week, versatile schedule
• Willingness to travel to various vineyard sites
• Dependable and detail-oriented approach
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
