Guest Experience Agent — Jasper Columbia Icefield, Canadian Rockies

Full-time • Located at the remote Columbia Icefield in Jasper National Park.

Starting wage: $18.00/hour. End‑of‑season retention bonus up to $1.00/hour. $20 per day for housing and meals.

Role & Responsibilities

- Direct guests through parking and arrival areas and welcome them prior to entering the Glacier Discovery Centre (GDC).
- Educate guests on Pursuit attractions and guide them through the purchasing process.
- Provide guests with information on the local area.
- Assist with tour group check‑in and coordinate with Dispatch regarding any changes.
- Validate tickets as guests begin the Columbia Icefield Adventure and Skywalk tours.
- Load and coordinate guests and tour groups on/off coaches and/or Ice Explorers.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit cards and daily cash‑out forms.
- Communicate with co‑workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
- Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous guest‑service and cash‑handling experience (asset).
- Guest‑service‑oriented mindset and passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Ability to think on the fly and outside the box with a positive attitude.
- Second language an asset.
- Mature, energetic, dependable and self‑motivated.
- Enjoy working in a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
- Good conflict‑resolution and problem‑solving skills (asset).
- Enjoy working outdoors, even in challenging mountain weather conditions.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Prepared for all‑season weather (snow, rain, wind, hail).
- Consent to a criminal record check (Always Honest).
- Standard First‑Aid or higher (asset).
