Support the culinary efforts at Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge in Jasper, Alberta, as a Dishwasher. This full-time position includes morning and evening shifts focused on maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
In your role as Dishwasher, you will work directly under the Sous Chef to ensure a well-organized kitchen. Your responsibilities will include managing dishes, maintaining the dishwasher, and supporting your teammates. You'll be busy and engaged throughout your shifts, gaining insights into the restaurant’s operations while contributing to an exceptional dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep all dishes and pots clean and organized
• Maintain dishwasher areas for optimal function
• Regularly change soaps and manage waste disposal
• Mop and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
• Assist prep cooks and chefs as required
Requirements:
