As a Host Bell Person, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and assisting with their luggage as they arrive at Canada’s only glacier facing hotel. Your passion for exceptional service and attention to detail will leave a positive impact on every visitor. You’ll also engage in various lodge responsibilities, from front desk duties to guest tours on the glacier.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and manage their baggage
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures
• Lead guests on tours of the glacier and Skywalk
• Maintain a clean and inviting lodge environment
• Support any additional lodge operations
Requirements:
• Prior experience in hospitality preferred
• Ability to work in variable mountain weather
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings
