Fit4Less is seeking a Host dedicated to providing exceptional customer and membership services. This role involves maintaining club cleanliness, performing maintenance tasks, and engaging warmly with members. The ideal candidate should have teamwork experience and solid communication skills to enhance the Fit4Less experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the club
• Provide friendly interactions while cleaning on the workout floor
• Promote membership amenities to potential members
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks
• Report deficiencies and engage in resolution processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma or in progress
• One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS certification and First Aid, CPR-A & AED
• Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
