Lead with purpose as the Executive Director for Development and Peace – Caritas Canada. This role calls for a spiritually grounded, experienced leader who can effectively guide and manage the organization's mission-focused initiatives. In this five-year mandate role, you will oversee strategic, operational, and relational leadership for this prominent international solidarity organization. You’ll ensure the fulfillment of mission and strategic objectives while promoting accountability and financial sustainability. As a leader, you will inspire collective engagement and foster partnerships to create meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance to the National Council
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance




• Manage human resources and foster a cooperative workplace
• Promote financial sustainability through diversified revenues
• Develop trust-based relationships with Global South partners

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in a similar leadership role
• Experience with governance and advocacy
• Knowledge of Catholic Social Teaching
• Fluent in English and French
