- $23.00 HourlyPosition TypeSeasonal## DescriptionEvents SupervisorSUMMARY:The events supervisor is responsible for executing and delivering high-quality events across the resort, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage venues. The role leads programming and execution of entertainment-driven events, including DJs, live music, parties, and venue activations. Working closely with venue managers and events team, the events supervisor ensures events support venue objectives and delivery a high operation standard. This role will also support on-hill events when possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
General

Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize F&B; venue events calendars. Coordinate with DJs, bands, hosts, and entertainers to host parties and events within venues.
* Lead set-up of events within F&B; venues, including operational delivery of live entertainment.




* Ensure that stages and venues are left in a skilled manner for day-to-day operations and services.
* Work alongside the events team for set up, execution, and teardown of on-hill events
* Assist events manager with coordination of on-hill events when necessary
* Serve as primary contact for entertainment bookings, artists relations, and talent sourcing.
* Work closely with F&B; venue managers to keep them up to date on upcoming events and event calendar. Ensure that goals are met, events support their venues, and budgets are met.## QualificationsSKILLS REQUIRED:
* High school diploma
* 2-3 years of experience in events, live entertainment, or hospitality venues.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Reliable in working event driven schedules (weekends, holidays, nights).
* Calm and solution-focused mindset.
* Knowledge of A/V equipment and stage set up.
* Ability to lead and manage logistics effectively.
