Non-Investment Finance Expert - AI Training & Evaluation
We're building frontier AI for complex, real-world finance work, and we need senior finance practitioners to produce and evaluate expert-grade work products that set the bar for what "correct, skilled output" looks like. You'll work through realistic, document-heavy scenarios - messy source files, distractors, ambiguous guidance - and either produce the deliverable yourself or judge AI-generated attempts against a professional standard. This is hands-on finance craft, not survey-taking.
What you'll do
- Build and review deliverables such as: PnL and mark-to-market reconciliations (trader vs. accounting, month-end marks, commissions, adjustments); vendor / AP
