We are seeking an exceptional Data Analytics Principal/Director to serve as a trusted partner to senior client executives in Financial Services organizations. This role combines deep data and AI technology knowledge, strong consulting acumen, and proven program/delivery management expertise. You will lead our Financial Services Offering portfolio in Europe, build capabilities and teams, and spearhead key client engagements. If you can guide senior executives through complex data transformation initiatives by diagnosing their Enterprise IT and Data landscape and delivering optimal solutions, this role is ideal for you.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement IT Financial Management modelsEvolve existing FinOps capabilities into comprehensive Technology Value Management modelsDefine technology service costing modelsImplement showback and chargeback mechanismsBuild IT financial governance frameworksImprove technology planning, forecasting, and budgeting processesDevelop executive reports for CIOs, CFOs, and finance departmentsAlign technology consumption with business value generationEstablish IT financial planning processes and cost allocation modelsSet financial governance mechanisms and define technology financial KPIs and metricsMap technology cost taxonomies to applications, digital products, technology services,



and business unitsApply consumption and cost attribution modelsIntegrate public cloud financial data and design continuous optimization modelsDrive financial accountability practices for consuming unitsLead workshops with CIOs, CFOs, and business leadersTranslate technology costs into financial indicators understandable to executivesIdentify opportunities for efficiency and spend rationalizationRequirements15+ years of progressive experience in data technology and consulting, with prior management roles (Senior Manager/Director) at financial institutions or consulting firms supporting financial services clientsProven C-level consulting expertise with ability to function as a trusted advisor; hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including implementation track record and familiarity with DatabricksDemonstrated experience in banking (investment or core banking) with deep understanding of data models, processing systems, regulations, and key banking KPIs; knowledge of Basel 2/3, BCBS 239, AML/AFC compliance frameworksStrong grasp of data architecture, governance principles, data catalogs, observability frameworks, and ability to lead technical discussions at enterprise scaleDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or similar quantitative field (highly valued)
