Key Responsibilities

- Translate complex regulatory rules into explicit functional specifications and configuration approaches within the Axiom platform.
- Advise clients on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and process improvements across their regulatory reporting operations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. regulatory frameworks, interpreting rules and guidance from the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA.
- Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation,
and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
- Support user acceptance testing, production parallel runs, and go-live activities.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and teaming up with senior SMEs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, broker-dealer, or financial services — ideally in a business analyst, consulting, or reporting operations capacity.
- Strong business foundation with a solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet composition, and accounting concepts.
- Technology-literate: comfortable working with large datasets, reading SQL, understanding data models, and collaborating with technical teams (deep coding expertise not required).
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to interpret regulatory instructions and translate them into practical reporting solutions.

- U.S. Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, FR 2052a)
- Broker-Dealer Reporting and Calculations (Net Capital / Rule 15c3-1, Customer Reserve / Rule 15c3-3, FOCUS reports)
