Reporting to the Manager, Contracts, the Senior Contracts Specialist is responsible for end-to-end commercial management of assigned contracts supporting Blackwater Mine operations and capital projects. Based in the Vancouver office with occasional travel to site, the role covers pre-award activities (sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation,



and negotiation) through post-award administration, change management, and close-out.

Responsibilities

- Contract Lifecycle Management : Manage assigned contracts from planning through close-out for equipment supply, maintenance and operating services, construction, labour, and skilled services supporting mine operations and expansion.

- Tendering, Evaluation and Negotiation : Prepare and coordinate RFI, RFP, and RFQ packages. Evaluate commercial proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, and recommend awards that deliver value, appropriate risk allocation, and schedule certainty while protecting company interests.

- Contract Administration : Administer executed contracts, including correspondence, obligations and deliverables tracking, insurance and security,
