Become a vital part of the Vancouver Convention Centre team as a Casual Operations Coordinator. In this dynamic role, monitor security systems and oversee safety protocols on a casual basis. Reporting directly to the Manager of Access & Review, you will play a critical role in the Security Operations Centre. Your responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, managing access control, and coordinating emergency responses while covering a variety of shifts, including overnight. Your expertise will help maintain a secure workplace in this fast-paced operations hub.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV systems for safety and security risks
• Oversee building safety, deploying security when needed
• Manage access control and ensure authorized entry




• Coordinate emergency resources and communication
• Conduct regular security patrols and incident response

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 1-3 years' experience in security operations preferred
• Valid BC Security Worker License preferred
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and access control systems
