Union Gospel Mission Victoria seeks a dedicated Supervisor for Arrow Home to lead a women-and-families-focused recovery program. You’ll supervise the Recovery Care Team, oversee daily operations, and promote trauma-informed practices in a compassionate, accountable environment.

The role is permanent and full time (37.5 hours/week). Salary starts at $30.40–$33.22 per hour, with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a faith-based organization.
