Join our compassionate team at Candlemas Mead, a warm and inclusive supported living home for six adults with learning disabilities. You will help create a respectful, empowering workplace where residents can build independence and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care with dignity
- Support with medication
- Encourage daily life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
- Build positive, meaningful relationships
- Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments
- Sleep-ins are essential (£52.78 per night)
- Hoist training is required – full training can be provided

About You

- You will be caring, reliable and able to work collaboratively as well as independently. Most importantly, you bring compassion and a genuine desire to support others.
- Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
