Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As a Grab and Go Server , you’re not just providing food and drink service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Ensuring a sound knowledge of all menu items available from the Grab & Go.
- Taking and inputting guest orders into the appropriate point of sale system.
- Preparing drink items as requested by the guest – mainly including, but not limited to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and specialty coffees.
- Warming food as requested by the guest – e.g. pre made breakfast and lunch sandwiches.
- Serving items to guests providing appropriate condiments and accompaniments.
