This resource will have working knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure environments including general concepts of workstation/server hardware, and a general understanding of line-of-business applications and architectures. The resource must have a sound understanding of IT Change and Communication Management. A proven ability to function on an individual basis and in a team environment is essential. Resources awareness of existing GoA and department IT policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and practices is an asset.

Duties:

- Work collaboratively in a team setting to deliver services.
- Work with delivery teams and stakeholders, including business partners and GoA technical staff to understand detailed requirements of transfers, which could include: planning of timing; process confirmation; communication and coordination of script executions; etc.
- Participates in creating and prioritizing a backlog of work, estimates effort, and commits to scope of work for predictable completion of content transfers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support all aspects of the content
