Position Overview

Location: Remote (Argentina preferred)

Employment Type: Contractor (Hourly)

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance operations on an on-demand basis. This hourly contractor role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced digital agency workplace. You'll work closely with our Financial Operations Supervisor and finance team to maintain accurate financial records, support reporting processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards as needed





Basic Function

The Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, PO creation, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting on an on-demand basis. This role ensures the accuracy of financial records and contributes to monthly reporting under the guidance of the Financial Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing, PO creation, AR/ AP, Collections & Software Management

- Process invoices for clients and POs for vendors using Scoro.
- Process supplier bills and contractor payments using: QuickBooks, Plooto and Float.
