As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily rhythm of Health Hut’s College Street shop. This role blends front-of-house sales, e-commerce fulfillment, team support, and behind-the-scenes operations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, brings a calm and caring presence to our customers, and can juggle details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Customer Experience

- Warmly welcome every customer and create a friendly, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.
- Represent Health Hut’s values in every interaction, whether in person, online, or over the phone.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all brands and confidently share recommendations.
- Build authentic connections through one‑on‑one conversations and thoughtful service.
- Manage customer needs across all channels (in-store, phone, email, Reamaze chat), resolving questions or concerns with care.
- Process purchases and returns using Shopify POS and related apps.
