Operation: Rotating shifts shifts are 7.5 hours/each and can span in timing from 7:30am- 6:30pm EST. Resources need to be adaptable working their day within these confines. Remote working model with 1 day per week on-site mandatory (Mondays)
Job Description:
Role Mandate:
This group receives and processes incoming payments from other entities worldwide electronically.
The focus of these individuals will be to repair incoming payments when payments are processed, the process of the funds transmitting from their entity can error out- these reps will correct this route and ensure payments can process through their queue to the correct entity.
Team Culture:
This group operates in a true "productivity” area working with efficiency and speed is the main goal.
