Role Overview

Are you passionate about solving complex challenges in the steel industry? As an Ironmaking & Reheat Specialist, you will serve as a key technical expert supporting customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across Canada. Working closely with Sales, R&D;, Operations, and Recycling teams, you will optimize refractory solutions, support innovation, and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

- Lead and coordinate refractory product trials and evaluations at customer facilities.
- Partner with customers and commercial teams to optimize refractory performance and troubleshoot challenges.
- Deliver technical training programs for sales teams and customers.
- Collaborate with R&D; on product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recommend refractory materials and lining designs based on customer requirements.
