This is a 24hrs/week position working Mon to Sun on a rota, based in our Glasgow Braehead Store

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and train staff to excel in their roles.
- Monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to the team.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining product inventory.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a skilled manner.
- Uphold store standards for cleanliness and presentation.
